    Thanks for the replies. I started it yesterday using the recipe in original post. I added a cup of stewed tea and half a spoon of citric acid. It's a 740ml bottle not 500 as I initially stated. I used the whole bottle. Hopefully that's enough with the sugar and grape concentrate. I'll report...
