Some of my recipes ask for champagne yeast, can anyone tell me what difference it make to a wine with either champagne yeast or say a young's yeast?

What does WOW mean?

I have access to the 5lt water containers from Tesco and the like. Are these any good for storing finished wine in and if so for how long would be recommended? I would appreciate any comments. Bob

I use to make wine about 14 years ago but had to give it up due to a move to a lot smaller house. I restarted about 6 months ago with a apple wine. I now have about 20 gallons on the go of all sorts, I'm glad to say I now live in a very large flat! I live in Stockport near Manchester Bobartex
