Thanks Matt, that's what I'm thinking of doing. Just up the grain / lower water. Do you think I'm putting enough hops in, I really like that IPA style.

Thanks Steve, I think that's where I'm going wrong. I will lower my liquor and raise the grain. I going to try and brew another this week so it will be great to compare the two. Do you think I should stick with the other part of the recipe, like the hops? Thanks Matt

Ok, great. I understand now. So although the kit says just two days, it assuming that the warm place is higher than room temp. Ok cool, so I’ll move it out the way until the parties over then move it back and leave it for a couple of weeks more. Thanks for the help : )
