    Trying my first lager. 100% pilsner malt + M76 + polish Marynka hops. Quite happy with results. Not too much carbonation as bottled only 2 days ago but couldn't resist to open one. Also batch split in two buckets. One dry hopped with 50grams of Ekuanot.

    How to print bottle cap labels.

    Works fine for me. I think you have to be registered user to download. First 2 files are for Excel and OpenOffice. The other 2 are the same but you can use them if you brew smaller batches, so you can save on paper and print labels for 2 beers on the same sheet.

    Free - Beech wood smoked malt

    Hi guys I have 2 kilos (2 bags, 1 kg each) of crushed barley malt smoked with beech wood. I don't need it and it's a pity to waste. Will give it away for free (or maybe for few nice bottles of beer). Collection only in Chorley, Lancashire Very intense and specific malt aroma.

    Hi Dont bother if you dont know what is inside. Another thing, its to old. Personally i wouldnt use anything older than 2 weeks. I dont know what yeast come with wilko kit but im assuming not the best. Get a packet of US-05 instead.

    Do u have any left? I have Belgian Saison and American Wheat with Guinea pepper (Saison ready to drink in about a week, AW in about 3 weeks) also Grodziskie ready to drink now. If u dont know its 100% oak-smoked wheat beer. Also known as Polish chamapgne.

    I said i will not be using them again, but its more like i need to plan brew days better. 3724 loves high temp (last 4 days in 27C) so it means i culdnt use my fridge for another fermentation and my fridge can easilly take two FV.
