    Hi all, Any one have tips for making sweet cider from fresh apples? All my batches are quite dry. Used juice from three trees and initial juice was lovely and sweet. What can I add before fermentation to get a sweeter taste? Thanks.

    Hey all. Sorry first time cider maker here. I have 15 litres of juice in the fermation vessel. Added recommended yeast volume and waiting for process to start. Just checked on it after 2 days and I have quite a thick light brown biscuit looking top on the juice. Is this normal? I’m worried...
