To be honest I assumed it was a sachet but I didn't actually ask to see one. I was just inquiring what it was :)

I inquired about the homebrew shop stuff. Its designed to enhance the wine. He told me one sachet does 1 gallon of wine. So for example if you are making a gallon of parsnip wine you would add the sachet to it.

I am a previous member of the forum and I'm back after a 2 or 3 years dry period :( .. I have noticed that supermarkets appear to have stopped selling grape juice. If anyone has information for me I'd be very grateful? Thankuou...
