I have transferred my wine today degassed and added the 3 sachets all ok. do I have to keep it at 21C or can it be left at room temp of 17-18C

I took a chance and made up 500g of sugar and made a thick syrup and put it in the FV and within 30 min it was bubbling again so fingers crossed. I just have to make sure I get my order right in future.

If i use sugar and made it up to syrup how much would I need or is it worth the trouble

Started my 5th brew on Saturday Mangrove Jacks pale ale I added a packet of Spray Malt Lite and today I noticed that the bag I ordered only had 500g I thought it was 1Kg I dont if I can save the brew any guidance would be great
