    It started fermenting was quite frothy, checked hydrometer inn clean water dead on 1000, I have a thermostatic heater in there keeping it at 20 c I'll try a bit more yeast and giving it a swirl for starters, thanks for the help

    Can't get my Woodforde's Imperial below 1035, no bubbles rising after 20 days but still at 1035, my fermenting bin has a small hole in the top, would that be an issue, I also have a Wherry in a keg that smells and tastes v. hoppy is that normal., This my first 2 kits tried in 25 years
