    Hi just to let you all know the beer turned out fine around 5.6% and very tasty..just made up a new batch of Witbier (hopefully Blue Moon clone) in the Fermenter and some home picked Blackberry wine, Just have to keep my hands off it for a bit !!

    Quick update..beer bubbling away nicely so i'm hoping that it will be alright..i'll post when i finally taste it. Menu said to pitch at 25 deg so i wasn't as far off as first thought, still lesson hopefully learnt. Thanks for all your advice and comments..,

    Thanks for all your replies..I'm going to see if it starts to bubble up tomorrow and hope for the best. It was yeast sent with the kit but said on packet that it tolerates temps between 16-30 degs! I've put the FV outside just hopes it drops a bit.

    I've just finished my second all grain brew and have pitched at 28 deg {wasn't concentrating and thought it was 22 deg!!) will this be ok . It's a summer Lightning ale all grain kit bought from the brew shop. Any advice will be welcome thanks.
