Just made 23ltrs of dark cascade with what i had in.
1.5 dark LME
1kg larger malt
300g sugar
70g Cascade hops.
mashed the larger malt in 3ltrs at 66c in a 2gallon igloo cooler for 1 hour, never lost a degree.
batch sparged with 6ltrs at 76c.
