    Finings....sorry if this gets asked a lot!

    Right i've just bottled my first few WOW's, some with a few variations and some to the recipe - some of them were left to clear without finings for around 2-3 weeks and a few I added finings to were left for 5-7 days to clear. None of them are crystal clear but they are at a level I am happy...
