    April Fools everyday in local paper?

    Hi mark, New myself to all this, but it does sound as though you are bottling too soon. Most kits are 10-12 days fermenting, so after a week, that's quick. The extra fizzy could, as bobsbeer has said, could come from the yeast working overtime in the bottle. I'm new to this, but always leave...

    Thanks for the quick reply adomant, just Googled "Chablis Blush" and it looks spot on for a 6 bottle kit. Would you change the recipe in anyway? Or just go with the instructions included?
