Ok so I bought this brew kit the other day and got no instructions, I just done the normal thing and added 1kg of sugar and d syrup and the water, am I right or what did I do wrong?

It was both white and bubbly

Just to ask, I haven't had floating bits in my brows before and no floating scum, just thinking now, have I not left it long enough on previous brews?? Could that be the problem? Just been 7days before, left this one for 10

like just a layer of gunk, when i was bottling it it all stuck to the sides

usually when i do a brew the scum sinks to the bottom, this time its floating all around and a skin of it on the top aswell

but its finished in the fermentor and theres ALOT of bits, i mean ALOT

this did not work at all, there is bits all over the brew now while im taking it out, top is full of scum, and every bottle is full of bits of the bottom scum :(

can somebody please toll me if i stirr it up after adding the additional water and sugar(keeping in mind the yeast is already in it) please and thank you

Also, can I stir it up or just pour in slowly and let it blend itself?

Says on the back of the can add 2 of these cans to make 23 litres, so its ****** now? Cuz I done it last nite thinking I can just brew half, but it's too late now to add sugar and water right??
