    thanks guys, im sticking it out, the cider has changed gravity so its still going. the lager tastes okay will bottle it next week. :cheers: In the future what are the best years to use in cider?

    theyve been at a fairly consistent temp of 20-22 C the lager doesnt seem to be very active. i have a packet of yeast enzyme for dry lager that "ferments normally unfermentable dextrins and restarts fermentation within 24 hours" is this worth using?
