Hi. My first time bottling as usually use pressure barrel. My intention is to put it in a barrel then use a bottling stick. I thought the easiest way to sugar it was to put a sugar solution in the barrel, stir in well. However the kit (hammer of thor) says 150g for a barrel or 1 level teaspoon...

Hi. Can anyone help please. I have 2 pressure barrels a 25ltr and a 10ltr. When my last batch was down to half i transferred it into the smaller barrel (to make room for another batch) and added a co2 bulb to re pressurise. Most of which escaped straight away due to there being very little room...
