    Star san use

    well in my most recent bottling i did not use star san as i did not have any. i shaked my bottles with dishwasher liquid and rinsed them instead and i'm drinking those bottles at the moment and there is no problem at all.

    Cars.

    My interest on cars has started when I was a little boy, I started reading by car-magazines. Now I use a Ford Focus MK3,5 TDCI and I'm happy with it. However I'd like to have a rear-wheel drive car such as BMWs.

    How long have you been brewing for?

    I just started this year, so it has been like three weeks and yesterday I drank couple of bottles from the first product, which is Muntons Pilsener, the gassing is not complete I guess, however tasted just fine. I guess won't give up and switch to the whole grain brewing after some time. Cheers

    When to bottle

    I would like to know whether it is necessary to keep it in the bucket for exact 2 weeks, I assume it can be bottled when the outgassinng stops, but I'm not sure. I started my first kit o the 9th of this month and the outgassing is almost stopped today, I hardly stop my self to bottle.
