Hey guys I've put a wine kit on for the mother in law and she's saved me bottles for it. Turns out they are all prosecco bottles. Does anyone know if I can just corks them with regular corks and corker? I'm not doing a sparkling wine just a rose kit.

The mrs broke my hydrometer so im not sure when to rack my wine kit, got 2 6 bottle kits on. They started last sunday so been over a week but they are still bubbling very slowly, should i still rack?
