    Hi, I've got a blue 45/50l plastic chutney barrel that was sold as food grade, but doesn't have any markings on to identify either the type of plastic, or whether it is food grade or not. It was manufactured in India in 2011. Am I safe to assume it is food grade? I am fairly sure it is an HDPE...

    Smoked wheat beer

    I made a smoked wheat once, with something like 2kg MO, 2.5kg wheat and 0.5kg smoked wheat. If I did it again I'd probably use half the smoked wheat or maybe less, the smokey flavours were probably too strong.
