So that went really well I think😬 liquor volume and temperature worked out okay. I put the yeast nutrient in the boil at 45 instead of 15 so I went again at 15..dunno what difference this might make. took an OG @1.050…should be 1.041 target. what difference might this make? Tasted horrible...
