    Honey Beer

I am thinking of using honey in a brew using a kit. Was thinking of using Coopers Canadian Blonde with light spray malt and honey. Unsure of how much honey to put in ~ any advise on this would be great. Thanks in advance. :D

    Festival Landlords Best Bitter Review

Made this kit a few weeks ago, brewed as per indtructions and had no problems with it. ABV 4.1%. Lovely ale with a citrius tang. Wish i had left it to mature a bit longer as it is now 4 weeks and taste great, shame i only got 5 pints left LOL. Would defo brew this again.

    Bottles

As i have never bottled any of my homebrew, can anyone tell me if normal beer bottles are ok (ie abbots ale, speckled hen) to use, also why would anyone use brown or green bottles? surely this would make it hard to see the sediment when pouring.
