Thanks to Cheeky Monkey and Corby Brewer, just having my first glass and this stuff is lovely. I'm thinking this would be really good over ice with some tonic water or lemonade - Pimms! Had to take a sample when bottling and at room temp on its own, it's great. Mt daugther loves this stuff...

Simple question, hopefully. I have empty wine bottles lying around with screw caps. Can I just chuck the caps in sterilising solution and reuse them? Some are just metal whilst others have that plastic thingy fitted into the cap.
