Threats of Legal action against the forum

OK so the 2 main homebrewing forums have been basically gagged= members of these forums voting with there feet and spending their hard earned elsewhere. Small market hobby, its not like double glazing. Bad form... if you offer poor service, improve your service and live by your reputation...

    South East Queensland Brew Day

Wow what a interesting post. The no chill method I can really see the reason with the water situation in Aus why that has been adopted. Also with my fleeting visits to home I can see the advantage as I can have a brew day and then when I am at home long enough for the fermentation and racking...

The Price of beer in Pubs

The bottom line is that, a pub has all the supplementals that it costs in the UK to run a business. Business rates, lease/rent/mortgage, waste collection, staffing costs, insurances, running and maintenance costs and then you have all the utility costs. once they are dealt with you still need to...

The Price of beer in Pubs

I look at any pint under £3.00 cheap now  Also I am very fussy now where I go for a pint so that: A) I enjoy what I have paid for B) the trade goes to a pub that provides me with A C) If we don't us them we loose them. I try and find the good boozers and give them my trade, as times...

Quite often I fly home and I may only be there for 14days and then have to shoot of again and that is no real time to get a couple of batches on and bottle , PLUS get a starter underway. Bit of a bugger really as I see...

    'Sustainable' Tourism.
