One thing I've often lamented, is the distinct lack of mongery these days 🤣

My latest American Pale, very happy with it, but can't help but think it needs to be a little more hoppy.

Made a loaf to go with dinner today, I was a little worried I was out of practice (first 'from scratch' loaf in months) but I'm quite happy with how it turned out. Now the whole house smells like a bakery, quite a nice change from it smelling like a brewery!

Yeh, about a teaspoon for a gallon should be fine, if the yeast has been open for a while then a little more.
