    Monday is Brewday!

    Red WOW

    Botched TC

    Made up another Turbo Cider on Monday. Only problem was I put in 2 litres AJ. And by accident(cos the packs were the same colour!!!) I put in 2litres of White Grape Juice. Thing is it is fermenting like Billy-o. Anyone else done this?

    Priming 2litre PET bottles

    I have a Coopers Australian Lager coming up for bottling. I have not done a lager before(wife likes it though).I always use 2 litre PET bottles. How much sugar to prime a bottle?

    First ever wine kit!

    Right then. Just fermented a Wilko Spicy Cab Sav,cleared and racked. Stirred it to clear the CO2.My Wife and me are rather impressed at it's initial smoothness! The only downside is the lack of body, is there any way to remedy this? Or should I just not prat about with it?

    Adding RGJ to finished wine.

    I have brewed a Wilko Spicy Cab. It has gone well, I have cleared and racked it. It tastes ok,and will need more time,but... It is VERY dry.
