Heya, New to all grain and have myself a Burco boiler 24l and I am intending to brew in the bag. My question is, with my kettle not taking enough water to cope with boil off, can I boil & top up with water as and when required then level off to 25l in the fermenter? Would welcome you tips...

Yeah DC Leith makes a good point, next week to start the club would be better, will end up looking like no interest when we all just have something we cant get out of that day.

Hello im harvesting a yeast from a Punk IPA of brewdog at the moment, I've added a half bottle of water and a spoon of sugar and kept it at about 20 degrees, its starting to work but I wondered if there is anything else I can do to help the yeast grow up to be big and strong? :)
