    Did you need to add any sweetener to your ginger beer ?. I had a go at this but it came out very dry, so I added a little splenda and it was fine. Super fizzzy stuff, I guess thats the champagne yeast.

    My first try batch of TC was a corker. I used a satchet of youngs cider yeast, a teaspoon full of yeast nutrient and a level teaspoon of citric acid to start.     After bottling the Turbo Cider, will the yeast at the bottom of the demijohn be sufficient to handle another load of applejuice (i.e rince and repeat ?) cheers

    Well I added a level teaspoon of Youngs GP wine yeast and its now going like the clappers - not sure if will have any impact on the taste, mixing the cider yeast with the wine yeast. :wha:
