It's that easy? Best get down to the supermarket. Are there any juices any one would avoid?

    Talking of WOW

Is it possible to do other flavours? If you can, how do you go about it? :wha:

    Mrs Steeds first WOW...

Went in the DJ last night and it's going like a good un along side her Solomon Grundy Bilberry and I've gegged my Samson's cider and Wilko Golden Ale. Very much looking forward to them, I think my Wherry will last  Started off the honeyed golden ale as well. All in all a good day. :thumb:

Pitched the into the Samson's cider

But can anyone tell me why I had to wait 24hrs before it went in?

    talking of Ceveza

I might invest in a bottler, they look very handy. It says half a teaspoon in a 500ml bottle :wha:

Good idea. Not got a spare bucket, but have got an empty barrel waiting for the golden ale. Could use that and then I've also got the tap to make bottling easier. Cheers!

The instructions say give it half a teaspoon of sugar in each bottle, but I'm sure I've seen on here that you should use a full teaspoonin a lager? :wha:

    a productive evening...

Wilko Golden Ale in the FV, Mrs Steed's put her Wilko Strawberry and Blackcherry kits on and the Wherry kegs gone into the cool and is shaping up nicely.... ....Oh, and the Cerveza looking like it's going to be ready to bottle on Saturday. :thumb: It looks like summer is going to go by in a daze.

    Honey beer....

I bagged a couple of Golden Ale kits from Wilko while there cheap and was was wondering if I could mix a couple of jars of honey in with one of them. I'm a big fan of Waggledance and wondered if it would come out similar? Anybody tried it? :hmm:

Need to get a cider on....

I quite fancied one of these fruity ones, I think I'll give it a bash.

Need to get a cider on....

...For the summer, any sugestions for a nice kit? :wha:

    Wilkinsons wine kits

Mrs Steeds done two of these kits so far, chardonnay is bottled (and tastes mighty fine) and the elderflower is bubbling away as we speak. She followed the instruction to the letter using coldd water, and both have been fine. Fermentation was well under way after 24 hrs.

    Summer brew is on....

Cerveza's bubbin' away nicely in the FV getting ready for the summer, and Mrs Steed has just transfered her 6 bottle Wilko chardonnay into a clean DJ ready to bottle (early signs are tasting good). Oh, and had a sneaky taste of the Wherry in the keg, I think we're going to alright there. A good...

    Apart from the basics....

What other equipment would you seasoned brewers not be without? :hmm:

    Impatiance could be my downfall

The Woodforde Wherry been in the Wilko keg for a couple of days, going to put a Wilko Cerveza(spelling?) on at the weekend ready for the hot weather  , and I've read some good reviews, but..... How long realistically will the Wherry be before it's proper ready. I must admit, first...

    First Wherry in the keg....
