did this one 6 weeks ago and its a nice drop i added the 600g of sugar after brewing as i prefer a little sweeter wine there is a nice fruity taste to it aswell also done the stout and IPA both good for the price.

did mine at 20c for 2 weeks then 2c for 3 days now in the bottle primed with 1/2 tsp of sugar per bottle

bottled this one today og1044 fg1008 makes it around the stated 5% smelt and tasted rather nice out of the fermenter, now the wait !!!!

I did this one back in January brewed as per instructions and bottled its a very nice drop first few bottles were very hoppy but as it matures the taste mellows out nicely down to my last few bottles now and they are really nice would definitely do this one again
