    For me a traditional English IPA must be dry hopped or it is not an IPA. The whole idea of dry hopping was invented to help keep the beer good on the long journey to India.     I had to mod this from an American recipe that I found that had rave reviews, unfortunately the US recipe had some hops and grains that are not available here so I made some subs, however the beer that came out is simply amazing. The aroma and flavour of the hops is just incredible, if you like...

    I have a recipe for a US style IPA that calls for Breiss malts that I can't find. Can anyone recommend a replacement for the following, or alternatively a supply for them, the recipe calls for the below. 16.5 lb Briess 2 Row 6 oz Honey Malt 3 oz Briess Crystal 10L
