Bottled mine today, coming in with an abv of 6.8-6.9. The smell & taste even at this stage was incredible. Really looking forward to drinking this one :-)

It was still on today at the Prospect Centre store here in Hull.

I felt exactly the same & after a month of being bottled I was tasting 1 bottle per week until I felt happy with the quality. All the best with it though :-)

I have a Wilko syphon and they are peferctly fine for that purpose. When syphoning on to the sugar solution I hold the tap end a few inches above it and swish the tap end around to ensure the solution mixes.
