On 14/05/2015 I put the wine into a demi john and waited for the wine to stop bubbling, but it is still going strong after three weeks, should I just let it run its course or is there anything I can do ?

I am just about to bottle some blueberry wine and had a sneak taste the other day only to find out it was very dry, before I bottle it is there anything I can do to sweeten it, or could I drop a carbonation tablet in each bottle.

Having made some banana wine a while ago , I was told it would take a long time to clear, just how long is a long time exactly, mine has been in the DJ for about 4 months now and it does appear to be clearing but only very slowly. :?:

On sunday 23/2/ my lager is ready to bottle, so it says by the instructions, is it worth racking into another FV to make sure it is clear, or should I just bottle it straight off,

I am currently brewing the Better brew Czech pilsner, it is only on its 2nd day and frothing like mad, question is do I take the froth off, or leave it ?

Hi , being fairly new to making wine, the other day I made some orange and pineapple wine, however I could not find any normal WGJ so I had to buy some concentrate from wilkinsons, whilst making my wine it said to put 185g of WGJ in the mix, this I did then suddenly realised it was concentrate...
Hello , having recently purchased 5 demi johns off e-bay, 2 of them were clear and 3 of them brown, does the same apply to them as in brewing wine from kits, white wine clear, demi john, red wine, dark demi john, or does it not matter ?
Hello, I have just bought an old book with lots of brewing recipes in, having read through one of the recipes I am going to make it says add dried yeast, but not how much, although it does say use 4.5 litres (8 pints ) water. Can anyone tell me approx. how much yeast to use.

Started home brewing about 6 months ago, and must say I have really enjoyed it, but now I have found the kits are good but I would like to test myself as bit more, could anyone suggest the next step up as I would like to give it go,
