    Haha, yeah I 've had similar feedback, the don't do it one isn't really said but there a distinct lack of vocal support for it. Think just Nguyen a split batch would be a safer option. Always fancied doing a Saission. Might be a fruity little number coming or a vanilla and rhubarb. Still got...

    I like the sounds of that Chinnock, EkG and northbound combo. Bitterness with an interestingly English feel to it. Not to floral. Keep us pinto pace. Be interested in how it turn s out.

    Christmas ale.

    I read the other day that mid October was still good for Christmas ale brewing time. Gives it a couple of months to mature. Although also heard you can leave these for years. Doing our Christmas beer this weekend.

    I did tests at 1,2 and three weeks. Got better with time. Ages well got a couple left I keep for mates. 6 months on. You'll taste the difference. Now is time to taste and see what you think. Serve chilled it's mighty fine.

    I always bag mine, and leave tie the knot high on the bag leaving room for expansion in the hops as they get wet.

    Hi all forgot to add my Irish Moss to clear the beer on brew day. Can I add this after I do my dry hopping next week. It's a IPA from AG. Second attempt so still learning. Cheers.

    Yeast killed or stuck.

    Well as promised. Update on stuck fermentation. Got the brew reactivated, it finished at 1011. Just high. Now in keg primed up and racked for 3 weeks. Had father in law Round and we had a little session, very tasty and with kick like a mule. About 6-6.1 Abv Will do a little review of it later.

    Introduction. 1st brew.

    Hi guy's doing a little read back on posts. Your information and knowledge, helped greatly. Now a couple of years down the line am looking to get my brews into some competitions. Hope your all still enjoying brewing and beer as much as I am.
