I brewed this neipa 3 weeks ago now and although it looks the part it’s just not punchy and really quite bland! It’s not been dry hopped but 95% of the hops went in @ 70 c steep post boil Cascade, citra, centennial, nelson, chinook. ???

I've a cider in barrel for almost two years it's clear and dry and slightly sparkling prob due too mlf but there's a ,'mustiness' to the flavour? Can anyone explain? Stuart
