Hi all I have just fibished building my fermentation fridge. I have just put my Woodfordes Wherry in there to cold crash. I have set the temp to 4'C . Is this okay? Or can you guys tell me the correct temp? Many thanks Pete

Just finished doing my pimped up Milestone Crusader. Brewed it short to 20 litres and added some orange peel, crushed coriander seeds and some hallertau hops. Anyone else tried this kit? What's your view of it? Pete

Hi all I am about to venture into corny kegging after sourcing all the things I need. I have previously used pressure barrels and bottles. I found the PB's to be hard work and always struggled to get a good seal on them. Bottling was a pain due to the time used cleaning/sanitising/bottling also...

Hi everyone I currently have a all grain Dunkel weisbier that has finished fermenting and I am now ready to bottle. I will be adding priming sugar to the bottles. How much would you recommend I put in each bottle? Thanks in advance Pedgey:cheers:
