    Craft Beer Rising 2017

    Issues with bench capper

    I bought bench capper recently and I noticed that caps after bottling are not as tight as ones which are capped with hand capper. Has anyone ever compared these? Maybe somebody could give me advice on how to test bottles after capping? Should I send it back? Thanks

    Tubular heater wiring through condansate drain hole

    Hello brewers! Has anybody tryed this before and what were the results?I am a bit scared to drill through a fridge wall so i put the wire through the condesate drain hole. It did fit but really tight so i am wondering where the condensate will go. Could it be dangerous? Cheers

    Cold crashing, gelatin and bottling
