I've got some leftover trub saved at home and was planning on making some bread tomorrow. Could I use the trub in place of yeast to make bread? Sounds like it could make some tasty bread to me.

Has anyone got any unusual dishes? Kippers flambéd in malt whisky (preferably Lagavulin or another peaty single malt.) Great before a long walk as it keeps repeating. Large, flat mushrooms stuffed with haggis and lettuce, oven baked. I'm trying to persuade my manager to cook me a haggis...
