Hi all, I'm onto my second all grain batch (this time a Beavertown Gamma Ray clone). To improve my water chemistry, I've got gypsum and Carbonate Reducing Solution (CRS) (as well as campden tablets). Attached I've inputted my source water profile, desired style (APA) etc. but am getting...- Joe DS
