I am brewing lager from a kit. The primary fermentation is supposed to take a week or so. After this the instructions say to bottle. That was about 2 or 3 weeks ago now. How long can it sit there before being bottled for it to still be ok? I'm a bit worried the 2ndry fermentation in the bottle will not work if the yeast dies, or sinks to the bottom. I would be grateful for your imput. Thanks folks

Is it a Brown Bear or a Grizzly Bear :D ?
usually I leave the brew for about 2 weeks in the fv then transfer to my corny or bottle.I think you can leave it for alot longer but im an impatient jakey
