Forgot to post this last week :whistle:
Wanted to try doing an IPA.
bit miffed as I had 1Kg less spraymalt than I thought I had :wha: serves me right for not checking stock before doing a brew on a Sunday! I had 340g of brewing sugar so chucked that it.

Spraymalt light 2Kg
Spraymalt Extralight 1Kg
Brewing sugar 340g
Amarillo 25g 60 min 29.9%
Bramling Cross 25g 60 min 18.3%
Amarillo 25g 30 min 23%
Bramling Cross 25g 30 min 14%
Amarillo 25g 15min 14.8%
1/2 Protafloc tab 15 min
Expected: OG 1051, IBU 86
Ended up with 19L at 1057 didn't bother to liquor back, happy with this, should end up with about 5.6%.
Fermenting at 19c with S-04. Has been a slow ferment, still going now, gravity is about 1017.
Should I have used 2 packs of yeast?
