Fermentation stopped?

Hi all.

I started a Coopers heritage lager yesterday with 500g extra light spray malt and 500g of wheat spray malt.

The airlock had began to bubble and a (thin) ring appeared in the FV but when I checked this morning there seems to be no activity. Could it have stopped fermenting? How do I get it going again?
