Presenting my house beer - Glen Brewery Heritage. It all went well - slightly lower efficiency that I had hoped for but other than that it was a good session.

I've had a bad run of late which I have been blaming on fermentation issues. So to sort that out I am getting to try out my new TC10 thermostate with this one.

Looks like a nice brew D

What are you using for cool/heat to control fermentation?

I'm using the TC10 to drive an old fashioned heat belt to raise the temperature. I am using the garage to and the freshening autumn to keep the temp down.

I pitched at around 24C with a very healthy batch of yeast which got to work very quickly and it has taken a good 30 hours to get down to 18C so the heatbelt hasn't actually been called into action yet.

Celeia hops, eh?

I've never even had a sniff of those, let alone brewed with them - I'll run off and read all about them.

Hope it goes well.
