Built my boiler and water tested earlier, I'm just using normal kettle elements, so a bought silicone baking tray and made washers to fit the slack.
It seems fine, not a dribble, I'm just over thinking the heat for 90min may cause a bit of movement and am dreading X amount of wort spraying everywhere
I did have a bookmark to a food grade heat tolerant silicone, but can't seem to find it. Been looking at Evo stik wet grab, but can't find any info about it being food safe :wha:
