i have a batch that looks cloudy and smell's and tastes like a clown (a bit funny)
all gear was sterilised washed and fresh i did not skimp on the boil time and cooled it quickly (chiller was washed and went in for last 20 mins to sterilise)
buckets and syphon all clean
also going down the drain is elderflower champagne
please any advice or more probing questions

they did get warm but i cooled them externaly then they started bubbling again
26c 28c at worst
