hi newbie here from leeds!

Hi guys i am new to brewing and have a ale that i have made in pressure keg from a kit, have not tried it yet!

I am wanting to make a basic white wine from white grape concentrate if anyone can help and give me a basic recipe? i am wanting to make about 3 gallons for christmas.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

I can get no end of fruit concentrate, i work in a pop factory lol
