For my house beer, I want one which I can drink without losing my head too quickly.
This is my version of a MILD. The recipe originally is from a source which I now cannot remember, although I tweaked it slightly.
I shared a couple of bottles of my latest version with a new brewer yesterday, and he was very impressed at how much flavour you can achieve in a mid range ABV beer.
