Read the label, honey's around 70% sugar, so you'd need around 1.4kg.

What are you making? I don't think you'd want to put that much honey into a beer.
 
Was watching CraigTube and he did a Coopers Lager with no sugar and just added 1kg of honey - He seems to like it, said you could really taste the honey.

Was looking to give it a try myself.
 
Not sure about honey never used it but i've done few Youngs bitters. I usually go for 500grams light spray malt + 500grams brewing sugar. However, if you like your beer quite malty try 700grams spray malt + 300 grams brewing sugar
