Mod to copper take off done, hopefully this will work for the next brew. The brews down to 1.011 ish tonight, looking good

Racked this brew to corny 29/12 with IG, and placed in kegerator. Probably ready to drink now, as I like bitter brews :lol: might have to tap a corny later on today :drink:
As for entering it into the competition....maybe not. It's way off colour according to style guide lines, I should have checked them before brewing, schoolboy mistake,but that's me ...either way I have a tasty brew :drink:
