Has anyone tried adding an essence to wine, like vanilla or coconut. I'm making pineapple wine, and was thinking of adding some essence to make a pineapple and coconut wine.

Intrigued by this thread I've completed a pineapple and coconut wine. I'm a beginner so I kept it really simple. 2l Tesco pineapple juice and 1l of coconut water, small bag of sugar, pectolase, yeast and nutrient. Turned out really smooth and very drinkable, one I'll be doing again!
