I'm cobbling together a Weizenbock for the first time, with just over 50% wheat. I've had some trouble getting my target efficiency with wheat, and it was suggested that this might be the fault of the crush, so I asked MM to fine crush it (and bought myself a malt mill for the future)

In addition, this is the strongest beer I've brewed to date with an OG of 1.070 and a corresponding grain bill of 7.2kg (including oat husks!) on a Grainfather G30

Wondered if there was anything else I should do to try to hit the efficiency before I get started. Having the devil's own job on brewfather sorting out the mash pH because my base water has quite a lot in it as it is. But anything else to make the day go smoother with this amount of grain and wheat in particular would be appreciated
