    Started mine in July last year, as I said when we tried it WOW. It's only 8 months old but it very drinkable :whistle: what it'll be like in another 8 months who knows??....I know I'm going to make loads more...that's for sure. :grin:

    Costco (I believe) is now open to the public...if that's no good then try Tesco...I get mine from there. £3.99 for 5kgs..I can't see that any better anywhere. Take a look..HERE

    The elderberries are not ready around here at the moment, took a look at a couple of trees that we know too today. I like the recipe I think I'll freeze 2lbs of damsons for when the elderberries are ripe. We have blackberries in the freezer from the allotment.

    We've been to our secret damson tree and picked 12 lbs. OH needs about 4lbs for jam, that will leave me 8lbs for wine. Next to the tree was a large rose full of hips. So we picked 2 lbs of those.
